I am excited to introduce you to my recent client, Patty Franco. Patty is a highly skilled executive coach and corporate trainer with over 25 years of experience in coaching, training, and talent development. Patty helps high achieving business leaders, who are also parents, go from surviving to thriving in their careers and personal lives so they can live the lives they desire, achieve results that matter to them, and become phenomenal leaders who inspire others to push themselves to grow and develop.
Throughout her career, Patty has personally coached over 200 managers, executives, and entrepreneurs and conducted over 230 professional classes on topics ranging from sales, business development, and leadership, to vision casting, performance management, customer service, and presentation skills, among others.
Patty wanted to come across in her brand photos as relatable, fun, polished, professional and confident. We chose NYC for her photoshoot location as she works with high level executives and worked in NYC for many years before starting her coaching business. Please tell us about your business and the services you provide.
I’m a certified executive coach, corporate trainer, & mental fitness expert. I offer 1:1 coaching, assessments, and group programs that give my clients the push they need to step into the spotlight and live life with greater ease and flow. I use the Energy Leadership and Positive Intelligence models to help my clients become more emotionally intelligent so they can navigate their weaknesses and inner "Gremlins" (voice of fear, self-judgment, etc.) with greater ease, which frees them up to enjoy their work, personal relationships, have less stress and; therefore, be more healthy and HAPPY!
How is your coaching style different from other coaches?
As someone who is trained in Energy Leadership and Positive Intelligence models, I help my clients reframe challenges, set boundaries, & implement self-care strategies that help them successfully navigate all areas of their lives. My goal is to help my clients grow their confidence and capability to do things differently than they ever have before. I do this by giving my clients additional support, resources, and tools, such as journaling apps, curated book recommendations, articles, TED talks and even referrals to potential clients, mentors, resume experts, etc. to support them in achieving their goals. I coach in a way that pushes my clients out of their comfort zone, but do it in a way so they LOVE the push!

Please describe the transformation your clients experience by working with you.
My clients increase their self-awareness and confidence so they can take greater risks in their careers & are able to strengthen relationships at work and at home. After working with me, my clients are more willing and able to take greater risks in their careers, committing to meditation or daily mindfulness habits to combat stress. Very often, my clients increase their income, repair or strengthen shaky relationships with family or spouses, quit jobs in toxic environments, and improve both their physical and mental health. Others made the brave decision to stop working during the pandemic to focus on family care and parenting more effectively.
Why did you decide to invest in visual branding for your business at this time?
I booked a brand photoshoot in order to update the photos on my website, keep up with social media and to use for event marketing graphics. I also want to develop my digital bio for prospects, potential workshops, and speaking engagements.
