Tips For Using Your Brand Photos In Your Everyday Tools

How are you personalizing your everyday tools or platforms? There are so many opportunities to use brand photos that are often overlooked.  The immediate thought is to use your photos on social media and your website but there are many more platforms where you can put your brand photos to work that can create a more customized and memorable experience for your clients. Here are some tips for using your brand photos in your everyday business tools.

Your Email Platform: There are so many places within your email platform where you can use your brand photos when you send out your newsletters, blogs, monthly updates, etc. For example, you can use a brand photo right at the top of the email to reinforce brand recognition, you can use a brand image to create section headers that break up the content, you can use a brand photo as a sign-off at the end of the email, and more. Most platforms make it easy to upload or drop/drag your photos. (I personally use Flodesk for my email platform.) See below how my client My Friend Betty Says Digital Marketing uses their photos in their email marketing as a header and a section divider:

Your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: This is the system you use to streamline processes, organize leads, automate workflows, etc. It is also the system you use to create proposals, contracts, invoices, and questionnaires. Many people use their logo on these documents but there are many opportunities to use your brand photos instead. Why not use a brand photo as a header on a questionnaire or put a brief “about me” section with a photo in your proposal template?! Some CRMs allow you to create brochures, which would be a perfect place for brand images. I personally use Dubsado as my CRM. What system do you use?

Your email signature:  Adding a brand photo to your email signature is a great way to build trust and reassures the person you are corresponding with that you are a true professional.  It makes the exchange more personal and allows the email recipient to get a sense of who they are communicating with.  See how my client, Gina Michal is using a brand photo in her email signature:
